I’m Amanda De Souza, an award-winning media professional with more than a decade of experience crafting stories that captivate, inform, and inspire across any platform you can imagine. From traditional broadcasting to podcasts, social media video, and even emerging technologies like smart home speakers, I specialize in creating multimedia content that not only engages audiences but also builds loyal, thriving communities.

My journey spans both the media and tech industries, where I’ve seamlessly blended creativity with strategy. I’ve produced award-winning editorial projects, developed branded campaigns for Fortune 500 companies like NBCUniversal, Gap, and Johnson & Johnson, and partnered with government organizations, financial institutions, and innovative startups. No matter the client or platform, I thrive on researching target markets, analyzing trends, and crafting content that resonates deeply and delivers real value.

On the editorial side, I’ve reported on some of the most impactful stories of our time, from Canadian and American elections to the Olympic Games and the COVID-19 pandemic’s transformative impact on society. My documentary short, Run the Risk, which I co-directed and produced for HuffPost Canada, was celebrated internationally, with screenings and awards at prestigious festivals in Toronto, Paris, and New York.

In recent years, I’ve brought my storytelling expertise into the tech world, bridging creative content with technical product knowledge to drive successful campaigns for global brands.
